• The above packages are prepared for the utmost benefit of the client. However, if the client wishes to take additional products without changing packages, charges will be added on individually for that particular product or service.

• All the Raw Photo Files will be given to the Client both for Wedding and Prewedding within 15 days of the event.

• Clients are expected to request for permission before sharing any Raw photographs with the Makeup Artist, Event Planners or any other vendors.

• All the packages mentioned above are for single side coverage. For both side coverage, kindly ask for a customized package.

• The conveyance charges for the shoot will have to be paid by the client.

• Client will get their product generally within 90 days from the day of Selection. If the client delays in selecting the photographs, we shouldn’t be blamed for delivering the product late.

The delivery involves a lot of process. Hence a little delay shouldn’t be bothering. For us, Quality is a Priority.

• Any Payment made subjected to cancellation of dates is not refundable.

• The Rates of the packages are not negotiable.

• If our coverage gets hampered due to someone’s phone. It’s the client’s Loss.

• The complete Video or the Wedding teaser won’t be delivered separately if the photographs for the album is not selected.

• We heavily depend on technology. Nothing can be done if the data gets corrupted. No refund promised.

• PAYMENT METHOD: Half the amount on Booking, Rest after Delivery. Kindly don’t request us to make exceptions.

• Any shoot outside West Bengal will be charged 20% extra as outstation charges.

• Croons Studio will not be responsible if the product gets damaged due to negligence or carelessness from the clients end after the products gets delivered.

• Destination Assignments: We do take up a lot of assignments outside West Bengal, however, travel charges, local transportation, airport transfers, food & accommodation will need to be provided by the client for our entire team.

• Courier Chargers will be applicable on any delivery that has been attempted via speed post or mail due to long distance.

• Clients are not allowed on the editing desk. Suggestions are welcomed before the editing stage begins.

• Everyone from the Client’s family is expected to behave well with the team. Any breach of conduct will result in termination of the shoot.

• Our Services for Wedding Photography will be counted upon till 2:00 AM at night. Later part of the Wedding Shoot will be chargeable separately.

• We take Call time for shoot only after 8:00 AM.

• Any damage to our cameras & equipment caused by the vendor/family members will have to be paid by the client in full market value.

• We put equal effort on making beautiful Wedding Teaser, Wedding Video, Wedding Pictures or Wedding Album. Not all stories are same. Not all Weddings are same. Do not compare!
